APPLE CHIPS: Advocare Support

APPLE CHIPS

Once again I am experimenting with my blogging, or lack of blogging skills!  I was attempting to make a separation between my beloved scrapbooking posts and my Advocare/Healthy eating posts and I created another page but have no clue where it ended up!  Therefore, I will just have to post this and continue to try to learn the error of my ways!  I have a ton of Advo support recipes and clean eating tidbits that I would love to share but I don't want to confuse readers and have them have to sift through tons of scrap posts if they are only interested in nutrition, health and fitness!  So here goes my new page and I will let the chips fall where they may...."Apple Chips" that is......For each "batch" slice up 2 apples (I used the mandolin slicer to get them thin and just right), sprinkle with cinnamon and lay on cookie sheets covered in parchment paper.  Bake a 200 degrees for 1 hour, flip and bake for another hour.  Shut the oven off and leave them for another hour! These are sweet, crispy, clean healthy goodness!
